2. Client Responsibilities
- Information Accuracy: Clients must provide accurate and complete event details for effective service delivery.
- Payment: Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may result in service cancellation.
- Venue and Equipment: Clients must ensure compliance with venue regulations and confirm equipment or decorations in advance.
3. Service Delivery
- Event Coordination: We ensure smooth event execution but are not liable for unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or third-party issues.
- Changes to Event: Significant changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Client Cancellation: Cancellation fees may apply if canceled within a specific timeframe before the event.
- Glory International Cancellation: Full refunds or alternative services are offered for cancellations due to force majeure.
5. Liability
- Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client. We are not responsible for indirect damages.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their actions or third-party incidents.
6. Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership: All content created by us remains our property unless agreed otherwise.
- Client’s Content: Clients retain ownership of content provided for events, used exclusively for event purposes.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We prioritize confidentiality and data security. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, arbitration will be the preferred resolution method.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or service failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes.
10. Governing Law
